There's only one frame. The top and bottom are all part of the index.html page, while the iframe is within the index.html page. That way, the banner and such is only loaded once.

But it gives the same effect as a top, middle and bottom frame.

That would be because your font size setting is higher than normal. Try pressing Control+0 if you'd like to see it on normal size.

You should try to make websites that work with everything - as in it doesn't matter what font size the person uses.
