We got our yearbook essay page reworked and input tonight, based on the ruling about the format. A couple things we learned:

1) If you are typing or manipulating the text in each of the boxes, make sure you hit the button at the bottom ("save yearbook info" or whatever it says) frequently. The site times out after 15 minutes of inactivity, and typing / editing without saving apparently counts as inactivity as I found out the hard way while working on my last sentence.

2) They're not 40 characters wide as in each letter and space is 1 character; Capital letters take up more room, spaces less, etc. Also, several times after I had it fitting to 4 lines, the words wrapped and moved when I saved it. Work on 1 box at a time, save it and make sure it still looks the same.
