the front arm nests above the extrusion and has an elbow so we can withdraw into the footprint of the robot if needed. And that tower goes up over 12 feet in an amazingly smooth motion. We thought pallet loader when we designed this one.
We tried loading the arm and extending full up and out to see if it would tip if we shoved it. It didn't budge, even when inclined forward over 40 degrees.
We also find we can lift and cap at least 2 stacked tetras at a time if we want- from the floor if necessary. And Corey our driver handles it like a pro.
