Unfortunately it worked
To be perfectly clear, what SPAM did was completely within the rules and allowed. They flat out beat us with an excellent bot and a nice wedge addition.
My vote for most awesome bot is a tie between 469 & 60. When the divisions were announced I thought that the #1 seed in Archimedes had the best chance to win the championship just because I knew the'd be a good ball bot and that 469 was almost unstoppable. 60 was also an amazing machine, fast to the goals and lots of power. I really wish we got to see 469 & 60 face off, each rushing between the goals and pulling them back & forth for 2 mins.
