Nope.
I firmly believe there is no way that a team can access that many tetras.
Sure, if you can stack seventeen like Wildstang, that's awesome. But that means you have the technical capability to--not that you would be able to.
If you do the math, it's really just not practically possible for a robot to access that many tetras in that short a time. Even the ones that can hold multiple tetras will have to wait about 8 seconds per tetra if they are loaded manually.
