In some ways, perhaps. I've changed it, anyway.
Really, I saw it as a celebration of achievements as a rookie team. Moreso, especially, than as a way of separating ourselves from other teams.
At any rate, I'm beginning to feel quite strongly about this, as at regionals, our team placed too much emphasis on performance - and it hurt morale in many ways.
