You do not have to send in anyone early, but it really helps with crowd movement and makes the job of the crate movers much easier and safer.

It is just much easier to get the robot out of the crate and moved into your pit before all of the teams are in the area.

Once 20 - 30 people from each team come in, it is much tougher to move around, and it is more difficult for you to uncrate your robot, and for the crews to move around.

If you have three that can go in early, it benefits everyone.
