http://www.ramseyelectronics.com/ (they provide the parts and you provide the labor.) that will transmit to normal TV about 1/4 mile. You can increase that range with high gain receive antenna pointed at the transmitter. You need to do a little research on the frequency you can transmit on and whether you need a license. I am not familiar with the radio laws in Egypt but a local ham radio club could help you with any problems you might have. Try to contact one of the club members at
