20:1 reduction times around 50 rpm on the van door motor comes out to about 2.5 rpm. I assume this isnt for your drive train (unless you only have one wheel, and you want to go incredibly slow...?) so I have to guess that it is for an arm. It must go awful slow.. but be awful strong
