well, that depends on many things. it also depends on what you mean by the game "coming". right now we are in the process of getting CEL set up. this is one of the foundation elements of the game.

from a program standpoint, we are about 1% done with the game. however, half of the work for making a game is planning, and we've done most of that, so overall you could say we are about 40-50% done with the game.

NOTE THAT ANYTHING I SAY FROM HERE DOWN IS JUST SPECULATION

when you say "come" it could mean many things. if you mean "how soon can i try this out?" then i am guessing the answer would be before or shortly after the end of the school year. that, of course, would be an early build. we'll make a lot of progress over the summer. if you are asking when the full 1.0 version of the 2004 game will be out, then we're looking at 2006.

part of it also depends on how much help we get, and how many teams sign up. we won't release an official 1.0 until we have enough teams for regionals and stuff like that. we can still add teams after 1.0, but we want at least 50 before we release 1.0.

when we get some file releases, i'll make a post to notify anybody who wishes to help by testing and reporting bugs
