FLR Missing Award?
I was just looking through the Awards section of the FIRST documentation and noticed that the Motorola Quality Award was never given at the Finger Lakes Regional. Hopefully I am wrong and just missed the presentation. I am just wondering if this happened at any other regionals?

To go along with this is there a place where all award winners are announced?
