Look buddy, we don't care WHERE your other car is; you ain't racing in the Pinewood Derby. Even if you WERE a cub scout, the rules say it has to be made of wood, less than 7 inches long, and weigh less than 5 ounces. You're about 31 inches and 119 pounds 11 ounces over spec, without the battery.
