If I remember correctly you guys are using six wheel drive? Maybe try letting some pressure out of the tires with the majority of the weight over them? Start with just one end (front or back) and then maybe let it out of the middle also. If you only have four wheel drive, try just one end of the bot. Play around with different tire pressures all around, kind of like ghetto suspension tuning
