On the FIRST site for the PTR, while the scores for red and blue are correct, the teams are reversed, so that the winning alliances look like they are loosing and vis versa. This also means that the high seeds are often in blue, since they usually won in the elimination rounds. This is going on for all scores from the qualifiers to the finals. You might want to adjust your analysis accordingly.
