Well, if you missed it due to spring break, there's always April 26, the day on which the Earth has travelled 2 AUs along its orbit since the new year. If you divide the total path by the distance travel at that time, you get pi (since it is C/D). Or, there's also July 22, known as Pi Approximation Day since it can br written as 22/7.
