I don't think you'll find any that can connect directly to an IFI Operator Interface. It's pretty specific in wanting to read a 100k variable resistor.
You
might manage to come up with a circuit that can be powered by the OI, connect to a force-sensitive joystick, and provide a voltage that will satisfy a joystick input pin. Unless you're an accomplished circuit designer, however, I suggest you learn to drive FRC robots using your wrists instead of your fingers.
