Are you trying to use windows to open the zip file without extracting everything? It could very possibly be looking for a config file that hasn't be extracted yet. If that doesn't work redownload the whole thing from
www.ifirobotics.com . As far as not connecting, the config file is probably the fault, but also make sure you don't have the rs-232 signal going to the robot plugged in (maybe it was just us but our camera never connected with it plugged in).
