Would you like to back that statement up? I think of the many teams that have done a traditional omni-wheel setup, my team included, can contest that it does not move freely, if implemented correctly . I've seen many teams use them as free spinning casters, and that is not a 'omni drive' system. The fact that the wheels have rollers on them is countered by the wheels being placed at an angle 45 degrees with the chassis.
