492 scouting program released under OS license
Team 492 has made the decision too release their scouting app talked about in this post.

Please keep the discussion positive.

If you are having trouble installing please READ THE README first, then post.

Also, you NEED to review the license, it has some important things in it. If people do not abide by it we will not really have any incentive to release more versions.

If you see any problems please post them here. The version released ran fine, and I believe I got all the files when I packaged it, but there is always a possibility for error.
