You are missing my point. When a ref says that a team
intentionally tipped another robot, they are declaring that in their best judgment, the team played so dirty and committed such a serious violation the spirit of gracious professionalism that the alliance doesn't deserve a single point it may have earned in the match. We are not talking about a ten point penalty. This is a call that refs should make only if they are convinced that the play was intentional, not if they think it was probably intentional.
