All my money on Mini-Mullet. Team 66 is awesome again this year. We won the Great Lakes Regional with them last year and met them in the GLR finals this year only to lose a close one. 1015 looked good also, plus they had an awesome hockey team when I played against them in the late eighties.
As for 322, I'm a little bias there.
My scouts told me we loaded more individual tetras for the whole GLR than any other team, averaging 6 tetras all on different goals a few of our last matches and we've added 4 more autonomous modes since, including one to stop vision tetra loading robots. This looks to be the toughest regional I've ever seen, I think it all comes down to the pairings when there is this many great bots. Good luck all.
