The first year I dyed my hair, I went to Regionals, and decided the blue was to light of a color. So, prior to nationals, I decided on a MUCH darker blue - fully knowing that I was to go to a Prom two weeks later (not even my own). HA HA! Whoops, not even bleach took that out it was so dark! I continue to dye my hair, but I've aged quite a bit, and have some experience with the blues now. My professors find it comical in the IT world - blue hair and a business suit.

As for my rooms (parents house and my apartment) my walls are plastered end to end in Robotics "doings", memorabilia, and Bob the Builder. Robot carpet, ROBOTS boxes, pictures, pictures, and pictures, everywhere. Even the memories and photos of sleeping with Robots!

I travel over an hour home during the build season every weekend to work with my alma mater, and although not as obsessed as I used to be. My mind is a "human database". Give me a name, a location, or a number.... and I can start spitting out information..... its like a broken slot machine... one bit after another bit just being output to you from my internal database. My build seasons consisted of over 400 logged hours in the shop working when I was in high school, and I shocked myself at the hours I was still able to put in this year.

I choose to spend my Birthdays at competition rather than anywhere else. In 2003 I made the trip to Chessy for the weekend of my birthday, just so I could be near Robots and Competition. It was so amazing, that I knew I had to do it again. This year, I made the trip all the way to Pittsburgh for my birthday..... because I'd rather be near robots than anyone or anything else.
