Lightbulb visually impared/disabled machine shop
I was poking around today and found this article about a machine shop in Washington state that is a major supplier to Boeing and the US government for machine parts, and nearly all the employees are visually disabled, deaf, or both! Adapting and advancing indeed! This is pretty inspiring.

I'm sure that anyone that has done any machine work can attest that it is hard enough with your eyes, but without them I cannot imagine!
