You got that right! Not too long ago I replaced the dinky little muffin fan that was in the dog head with one of those big fans from the kit. The big fan is very, very effective when trying to keep you cool and comfortable in the suit. Watch where you stick your hand though, the fan is located in the mouth (don't worry, it doesn't hurt, it just scares you)... I scared a few of my friends that way
. The big fan is powered by a switch and a huge 6 volt battery that is located in my pocket during mascot performances.
I have also never perspired so much before I went into that mascot suit. It is terribly hot in those things, and stinky too if you don't take good care of the outfit.
I'll try to post a picture of the dog head with the big fan inside of it to give you all an idea of how I can survive wearing that suit all day
