Koko...I just thought up something that might help the draft run a little smoother. Establish a schedule before the draft start and assign a time and date to each person with about 10-15 minutes in between each (skip hours when some may be asleep and such). Let everyone pick their team on or after that time. The schedule before hand will tell everyone when they need to be around. And if they aren't around, others can pick at their times and the people who missed their picks can come back at any time to make their selection, but the teams that others had already picked (after they missed their time slot) would not be available. Just ask that whenever someone posts their pick to include their time slot and it wouldn't be too hard to keep track of. And I am game for helping...just let me know what you want me to do.
