Please allow me to add "Never Read" to Aidan's list. I will be the first to admit that when studying the documentation, this section is probably the first one to be overlooked.
It really describes the experience that we should be getting out of FIRST instead of the experiences I have been hearing and reading about.
FIRST allows students to practice the skills that are necessary for the rest of life. What a gift! Where else can mentors, corporations and students all practice these life skills.
All FIRST teams need to reevaluate their definition of winning. FIRST gives us all the pieces to win, we just need to understand what winning really is.
