My Guess......
I heard from one of my teachers that uses MAX in his class is now that even if u get X number of copies u have to get that same X number of Auth codes and all that stuff.....so each copy has its own special codes...

So.....chances are to legally do it you would have to either buy another code (whatever the cost may be) or have that guy completely uninstall the program and "loan" it to u

Other than that every thing else is illegal and not good..
