Take a flat piece cardboard or aluminum or whatever else you can use and still make weight, and attach it to some side or part of the robot where it's out of the way (read: won't mess up your drivetrain or arms). Then sticker the night away.
I will add to this... you can make the "sponsor panel" easy to attach by simply velcro-ing it on to your robot. Make sure you laminate it or protect it in some other way so that the stickers dont get scratched off in the heat of battle.

One other idea... Make a pit board. my team makes a pit board where we list all of our sponsors so that people can read them as they walk by. It shouldn't be too hard to buy some foamboard or poster board, print out your sponsors' logos, glue them on, and hang up the board in your pit. You can use a portable easel to display the pit board if you want, or you can create your own method of hanging it.

Here is an example of some foam board, although I don't know about getting it in Isreal. If you can't get any in Isreal, I bet you could stop at a Staples or some other office supply store to get some once you arrive in Atlanta. Same thing goes for portable display easels. EDIT: found a tabletop easel, if that helps you any.

Hope this helps you out!
