Hi Chief Delphi!

I've been learning PHP recently and so I've decided to start doing cool things with it. Like file uploading....

So I've created a section of my website where you can upload small pictures for use as an avatar on the forums you go to! There are a couple of requirements outlined on the site, but it's very simple. There's also a section where you can see all the avatars that are being hosted and a way to quickly copy their URLs.
