scouting is EVERYTHING this year more so than the past years... you need to know reliability, spped, pushing power, tetras capped per match, and so many more things...
its just boundless little details that makes the diffrence between a good first pick and an excelent/outstanding/great/etc. first pick which can either make or break your alliance.
