the planned meeting area is the open grassy area where they had the car-tent and the huge FIRST banner... I don't think there is much there in the form of rain-protection, but i could be wrong. Either way, there is a huge amount of open area in the GWCC-C building... their website claims they could fit the titanic in one of the hallways. If you want to check building C out I recommend
