I'd like to vouch for Ryan Dognaux and team 234. Both my team, 461, and 234 have made scouting a priority this year, and I saw first hand at Boilermaker Regional what 234's system looks like.
The sheets are efficient and informative, and their scouting head (I believe it is Ryan, it seemed like it) is very fast.
