chance of precipitation. Note that how
low these numbers are.

The highest chance of precipitation is only 31% on Friday night. Usually you aren't guarenteed to have rain until the precentages are in the 70-80% range or higher. Also, if you look at the anticipated precipitation on AccuWeather, they're predicting
0 inches of rain on Thursday,
0.19 inches of rain on Friday, and
0 inches of rain on Saturday. 0.19 inches of rain is hardly anything.
