We had a sheet that had 5 columns, one for each match. 6 people scouted, one to a robot every match. Most of the spaces only took about 1 second to fill in, usually with a Y or tally marks. It worked very well. On Saturday, the information from the sheets was entered into a computer every match or so for a continuous flow. Match number was taken into account. We were usually ranked pretty high...
