Well, I know that when it comes to making friends in FIRST that AIM,MSN etc are the best answers. hmm... if you have a cell which gives you minutes for free after 9 at night... you can always use that and if you are using your house phone, you can always buy calling cards whenever you have the money... that way you don't owe anyone money and also get to talk to your friend.
