Yeah. The instructions to the MOE team were to hand these out to INDIVIDUALS who deserved them. However, some folks couldn't just contain themselves to individual recognition. Maybe they thought that if they "personally" recognized a team, it was okay.

Either way, whether as an individual or a team, there was something you did to deserve it. Congratulations!
