UFH Honors WFA Winner Paul Copioli

The Unsung FIRST Heroes Award Committee, after honoring the regional winners, is now pleased to honor the national winners of the Woodie Flowers Award. Congratulations to the past national winners. Please take a few moments to read about the accomplishments and events that these honorees have made possible.

The Unsung FIRST Heroes Award would also like to honor Paul Copioli, this year's national winner. Paul, a mentor for Team #217, the ThunderChickens, is the second consecutive national winner of the Woodie Flowers Award that was previously honored with an Unsung FIRST Heroes Award. The UFH committee is proud of this statistic, and congratulates Paul on his accomplishments.

We will be honoring the Woodie Flowers Award winners until May 15th, whereupon we will be resuming regular UFH activities.

Thank you to Woodie Flowers, Liz Calef, Mike Bastoni, Ken Patton, Kyle Hughes, Bill Beatty, Dave Verbrugge, Andy Baker, Dave Kelso, and now, Paul Copioli: you are a wealth of inspiration for the FIRST community. We commend you.

Amanda Morrison and the Unsung FIRST Heroes Award Committee
