They used to use .5" lexan, now they use 3 layers, 1/2 - 1/4 - 1/2 people used to break through the 1/2. Also thoes spike rails?...they are 300lbs each. And the walls of the box are doubled up 1 1/4 inch box steel. hardcore....

In the end be extra safe when operating a battlebot, or any robot.
