Our team approached the admins about this and they said they needed a written paper on why we deserve a letter. I forgot the requirements but eventually we got ahold of a teacher who worked with us. We typed out a nice paper and this is our first year recieving letters!

As a team we made our requirements for 1st year members must have 200 hours of work and attend a regional and championship. 2nd year members must have 150 hours of work and attend a regional. Needless to say each member had way more than 200 hours!
