DJ Fluck had this exact same problem early in the year when he was building a new computer. I know we tried new ram and a couple new graphics cards to no avail. I I think he ended up returning the processor, saying it was defective. I'm not sure if the new processor ever fixed it, but maybe if you contacted him, he'd be able to tell you what he did.
