If you're feeling ambitious, once you have the file back on your computer you can disassemble it using a program similar to
this one
Just remember that once you disassemble it, it's in Assembly and a little bit harder to read. Chances are, most of it won't be very useful to you unless you are familiar with PIC18 ASM.
