Ok, I'm not an idiot. I know where you're coming from, and I think that it is reasonable to take offense to a "rumor" that discribes something that could have happened in real life. I recognize that. I'm not making fun of anyone getting injured in real life. I think it's unfortunate that people can act in an extremely irresponsible way and people get hurt. So if I had written something about a person breaking their neck on the Rockin' Rollercoaster, or having a limb mangled in an accident with their robot I could agree that I went too far. All the events you said happened would sound plausible if they were written about as a rumor.
But for goodness sake, the post was about AN EXPERIMENTAL GOVERNMENT CHAMBER CAPABLE OF PRODUCING EXTREME GRAVITATIONAL FIELDS THAT WAS MISTAKEN FOR A PARTY DEVICE! Now, if there was some kind of incident where the CIA lost track of some alien technology and if was running amok and hurting people, it would be different.
So tell me about an event that dealt with classified government technology being handed into the hands of civilians and accidentally hurting people and I will say I took it too far.
