it's great you guys want to start up another chapter and have great enuthasium for this project. a contact list yes is one of the main issues to deal with. please be patient though.
it's great to have more chapter but the Union really needs to set some guidelines regarding new chapters. please though do build up that list and in the coming months hopefully we can truly establish you guys as a new chapter. creation of a chapter is a lot of hard work. so far the New Hampshire Chapter has done a lot because of the Union based in New Hampshire and the support given there.
