Thanks for posting this, Dez--it's interesting to know how far things have come in fourteen years.
(True story: The night before kickoff, Dez, Marc P., and I are sharing a room in Manchester. Dez tells me he's got the rules, flashing them in front of me. Wanting to keep the surprise, I shielded my eyes--then he tells me it's from 1992. I felt silly.)
