Yup, this is a semi-old thread, but I will bring it back to life by saying that I am going to be coming to the 2005 IRI, even though my team can't come (there was some sort of a mishap with registration). Before, when I thought my team would be coming, my dad and I booked plane tickets. But of course, AFTER I bought the tickets, the team announced that we wouldn't be going.
But as it turns out, they are non-refundable or exchangeble plane tickets... so now I am going to IRI whether I like it or not (and of course, I am delighted). I couldn't go with my team last year, but this year, I am happy that I will finally be able to see the event which is hailed as one of the best offseasons in FIRST. Can't wait to see you all there, and good luck to all teams! A special thank you to all who have put together this offseason...it should be a great experience for all who attend!
