To anyone who wants to start a website (not just for FIRST), if you don't already know HTML and/or CSS, I recommend learning HTML, XHTML, and CSS, etc. instead of relying solely on a program that generates HTML. It will take more time to learn those languages than to use a program, but in the end your web pages will be much better. I recommend starting with (X)HTML (XHTML is simply a newer verson of HTML with only a few differences) and once you are used to that, begin using CSS.
I learned mostly from
w3schools (mentioned above) and
www.wise-old-man.com. There are plenty of other good tutorials online that you can find just from a google search.
