I don't think 3.10 can even handle a graphics intensive program such as solitaire.

Although, there was a really cool game called Bow & Arrow that I used to play on my old 3.11 machine back in the day. I wonder if I still have that disk.

Basically what you would do is use an archer and shoot some balloons.

Nothing like high tech gaming circa 1992.
