Sure it can. Our school has a 3(or was it 4)86 running 3.1 and playing Castlevania 3D, a true graphical wonder of it's time. 3D terrain! Secret Passages! Realistic Graphics! One of the first First Person Shooters! Oh... That was a great game
. You also have to love Sabacc for Windows. I don't know how in the heck it got on there, but the graphics were amazing. So detailed that it took all of 30 seconds for the screen to load completely
