Pure speculation here, but I seem to remember something about the gyro code locking the analog inputs to channel 1 for speed or something like that, perhaps in adding the pots you've accidentally disabled the sampling code? I could be way off so I wouldn't take it with too much weight, but maybe Kevin or Mike could share some insight on this one?
