Posting links is one thing, but if you start scanning, posting, or reprinting other people's articles--whether of news media or private individuals--you would actually be violating their copyright. Whether it's allowed on CD is, therefore, a secondary concern. First, you need to get permission to reprint it.
I know it's easy to get caught up in the excitement of exchanging information, pictures, etc., but please don't forget that intellectual works belong to their owners.
